๐ *Ingredients*

- 1 cup pasta (penne/macroni)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 capsicum (sliced)
- 1 tomato (chopped or purรฉed)
- 1 tbsp cream or fresh malai
➡️ *Tandoori Masala Mix:*
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
๐ฉ๐ณ *Instructions*
1. *Boil the Pasta:*
Cook pasta in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. *Prepare Tandoori Mix:*
In a bowl, mix curd, all spices, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste.
3. *Sautรฉ Veggies:*
In a pan, heat oil. Add onions and capsicum, cook for 2–3 mins. Add tomato purรฉe and cook till oil separates.
4. *Add Tandoori Mix:*
Stir in the tandoori masala mix. Cook until masala thickens.
5. *Add Pasta & Cream:*
Toss in the boiled pasta. Mix well to coat. Add cream/malai for richness.
6. *Garnish & Serve:*
Top with fresh coriander or grated cheese. Serve hot!
