🍛 *Paneer Tikka Masala – A Rich & Creamy Indian Delight*
✨ Soft paneer cubes marinated with spices, grilled to perfection, and simmered in a luscious onion-tomato gravy. A restaurant-style curry you can easily make at home!
📝 *Ingredients*
*For Paneer Tikka:*
👉200 g Paneer – cut into cubes
👉½ cup Thick Curd (yogurt)
👉1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
👉½ tsp Red Chili Powder
👉½ tsp Turmeric Powder
👉1 tsp Coriander Powder
👉½ tsp Garam Masala
👉1 tbsp Lemon Juice
👉Salt – as required
👉1 tbsp Oil
*For Masala Gravy:*
👉2 tbsp Oil / Ghee
👉1 Bay Leaf
👉1 Onion – finely chopped
👉2 Tomatoes – pureed
👉1 Green Chili – slit
👉1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
👉½ tsp Turmeric Powder
👉1 tsp Red Chili Powder
👉1 tsp Coriander Powder
👉½ tsp Cumin Powder
👉½ tsp Garam Masala
👉2 tbsp Fresh Cream
👉½ cup Water
👉Salt – to taste
👉Fresh Coriander Leaves – for garnish
🍴 *Instructions*
*Step 1: Marinate the Paneer*
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and all dry spices.
2. Add paneer cubes, coat well, and keep aside for at least 30 minutes.
*Step 2: Cook the Paneer Tikka*
1. Heat a grill pan or tawa with a little oil.
2. Shallow-fry or grill the marinated paneer until golden. Keep aside.
*Step 3: Prepare the Masala Gravy*
1. Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add bay leaf and sauté onions till golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes away.
3. Add tomato puree, green chili, and cook till oil separates.
4. Mix in turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
5. Add water, simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in cream and garam masala.
*Step 4: Combine & Serve*
1. Add the grilled paneer tikka to the gravy and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
2. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
