A modern fusion dessert blending tropical coconut, delicate rose flavor, and a hint of cardamom for an aromatic twist.
*Ingredients*
➡ 1 cup coconut milk (thick)
➡ ½ cup condensed milk
➡ 2 tbsp rose syrup
➡ 1 tbsp agar-agar powder (or gelatin)
➡ ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
➡ ½ tsp cardamom powder
➡ 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
➡ Dried rose petals (for garnish)
➡ ½ cup water
*Steps*
1️⃣ *Activate the setting agent –*
In a small bowl, mix agar-agar powder with ½ cup water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Heat it gently until it dissolves completely.
2️⃣ *Prepare the pudding base –*
In a pan, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Stir on low heat for 5-7 minutes without boiling.
3️⃣ *Add rose flavor –*
Mix in the rose syrup and stir well to blend the flavors.
4️⃣ *Combine & set –*
Slowly add the dissolved agar-agar into the mixture while stirring continuously.
Pour into small serving bowls or molds.
5️⃣ *Cool & garnish –*
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals before serving.
