🥗 *Ingredients:* 
➡️ 4 taco shells
➡️ ½ cup shredded cabbage
➡️ ½ cup chopped bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
➡️ ¼ cup grated carrots
➡️ ¼ cup sweet corn (boiled)
➡️ 2 tbsp mayonnaise
➡️ 1 tsp red chili sauce
➡️ 1 tsp lemon juice
➡️ Salt & pepper to taste
➡️ 1 tbsp oil

🔥 *For Spicy Mayo Sauce:* 
➡️ 2 tbsp mayonnaise
➡️ 1 tsp sriracha or chili sauce
➡️ A dash of lemon juice

👩‍🍳 *Method:* 
1. Heat a pan and add a bit of oil. Sauté bell peppers, carrots, and corn for 2–3 minutes.
2. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice — mix well.
3. Warm the taco shells slightly in a pan or oven.
4. Fill each shell with sautéed veggies and cabbage.
5. Drizzle the spicy mayo sauce generously on top.
