🥬 *Mix Veg Dry Sabzi | Easy Lunch Recipe*
📝 *Ingredients*
➡️ 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, potato)
➡️ 1 small onion (sliced)
➡️ 1 tomato (chopped)
➡️ 1 green chilli (slit)
➡️ ½ tsp turmeric
➡️ 1 tsp coriander powder
➡️ ½ tsp red chilli powder
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 2 tbsp oil
👩🍳 *Method*
➡️ Heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté till light brown.
➡️ Add green chilli and tomato, cook till soft.
➡️ Add all spices and salt, mix well.
➡️ Add mixed vegetables, cover and cook on low flame till veggies are tender.
➡️ Stir occasionally and cook till sabzi becomes dry.
🍽️ *Serve Hot*
With roti, paratha or dal-chawal 😍
