🍨 *Rice Kheer – Classic Indian Dessert* 
✨ A creamy, rich, and aromatic rice pudding made with milk, sugar, and dry fruits. A festive favorite enjoyed in every Indian home.

📝 *Ingredients* 
👉 1 litre Full Cream Milk
👉 ¼ cup Basmati Rice (soaked 30 mins)
👉 ½ cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
👉 8–10 Cashews
👉 8–10 Almonds
👉 8–10 Raisins
👉 4–5 Green Cardamom Pods – powdered
👉 A few Saffron Strands (optional)
👉 1 tbsp Ghee

👩‍🍳 *Instructions* 
 *Step 1:* Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
 *Step 2:* In a heavy-bottom pan, boil milk and let it simmer on low flame.
 *Step 3:* Add soaked rice and cook on slow flame, stirring occasionally to avoid burning.
 *Step 4:* Once rice softens and milk thickens, add sugar and mix well.
 *Step 5:* Heat ghee in a small pan, fry cashews, almonds, and raisins till golden.
 *Step 6:* Add fried dry fruits, saffron, and cardamom powder to the kheer. Mix gently.
 *Step 7:* Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the flame.

✨ Serve warm or chilled, as per preference.
✨ Garnish with saffron strands or chopped pistachios for a festive touch.
