Crispy, golden, and packed with flavor — these Aloo Corn Tikkis are the perfect tea-time snack or starter for guests! 🥔💛

🧺 *Ingredients:*
➡️ 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
➡️ ½ cup boiled sweet corn
➡️ 2 tbsp cornflour or breadcrumbs
➡️ 1 tsp red chili flakes
➡️ ½ tsp garam masala
➡️ ¼ tsp cumin powder
➡️ 1 chopped green chili (optional)
➡️ 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ Oil for shallow frying

👩‍🍳 *Instructions:* 

 *Step 1:* *_Prepare the mixture_* 
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, boiled corn, cornflour, and all the spices — chili flakes, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt.
Add chopped coriander and mix everything until a smooth, soft dough forms.

 *Step 2:* *_Shape the tikkis_* 
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round, flat tikkis. Make sure they’re even in size so they cook uniformly.

Heat a pan and drizzle some oil. Once hot, place the tikkis and cook on medium flame till both sides turn golden brown and crispy.
