📝 *Ingredients*  
➡️ 2 cups makhana (foxnuts/lotus seeds)  
➡️ ½ cup grated jaggery (gud)  
➡️ 1 tbsp ghee  
➡️ 1 tbsp water  
➡️ ¼ tsp cardamom powder  
➡️ Crushed dry fruits (optional)  

👩‍🍳 *Method (Step-by-Step)*  

*Step 1: Roast Makhana*  
➡️ Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan.  
➡️ Add makhana and roast on low flame till crisp (5–6 mins). Set aside.

*Step 2: Prepare Jaggery Syrup*  
➡️ In the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and jaggery.  
➡️ Add 1 tbsp water and cook till jaggery melts and starts bubbling.  

*Step 3: Coat the Makhana*  
➡️ Add roasted makhana to jaggery syrup.  
➡️ Mix quickly so all makhana are well coated.  
➡️ Sprinkle cardamom powder and dry fruits (if using).
