🥦 *Broccoli Stir-Fry – Quick & Healthy Veggie Dish* 
A simple, vibrant, and healthy broccoli stir-fry made with crunchy vegetables, garlic, and a light soy-based sauce. Perfect as a side dish or a light main course.

📝 *Ingredients* 
👉 2 cups broccoli florets
👉 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
👉 ½ cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
👉 1 tbsp oil (olive oil or sesame oil)
👉 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
👉 1 tbsp soy sauce
👉 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
👉 ½ tsp black pepper powder
👉 ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
👉 Salt to taste
👉 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 *Instructions* 
1️⃣ *Prepare the vegetables:* 
Wash and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Thinly slice carrots and bell peppers.

2️⃣ *Blanch the broccoli (optional):* 
Boil water in a pan and add broccoli.
Cook for 1 minute, then transfer immediately to ice-cold water to retain crunch and color.

3️⃣ *Heat oil:* 
In a wok or deep pan, heat oil on medium flame.

4️⃣ *Sauté garlic:* 
Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

5️⃣ *Add vegetables:* 
Add carrots, bell peppers, and blanched broccoli.
Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.

6️⃣ *Add seasonings:* 
Mix in soy sauce, vinegar or lemon juice, black pepper, chili flakes, and salt.
Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.

7️⃣ *Garnish and serve:* 
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
Serve hot as a side dish or with steamed rice or noodles.
