🍵 *Onion Pakora – Crispy Indian Tea-Time Snack* 
✨ Golden, crispy fritters made with onion slices coated in spiced gram flour batter and deep-fried to perfection. A perfect companion with hot chai on rainy evenings!

📝 *Ingredients* 
👉 2 large Onions (thinly sliced)
👉 1 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
👉 2 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
👉 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
👉 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
👉 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
👉 1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
👉 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
👉 2 tbsp Rice Flour (for extra crispiness)
👉 Salt to taste
👉 Water (as needed)
👉 Oil (for deep frying)

👩‍🍳 *Instructions* 
➡️ Step 1: In a bowl, mix sliced onions, green chilies, ginger, and salt. Keep aside for 10 mins (onions release water).
➡️ Step 2: Add gram flour, rice flour, and spices. Mix well.
➡️ Step 3: Add little water only if needed; batter should be thick and coat onions.
➡️ Step 4: Heat oil in a kadhai and drop small portions of the mixture.
➡️ Step 5: Fry until golden brown and crispy.
➡️ Step 6: Drain on tissue paper and serve hot.
