These Aloo Suji Cutlets are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — a perfect Indian breakfast or evening snack that everyone will love.

🍽️ Serves: 3–4

📝 *Ingredients* 
2 medium potatoes, boiled & mashed
½ cup semolina (suji)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

👩‍🍳 *Method* 
1. In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, semolina, and all spices.
2. Add onion, green chilli, and coriander leaves.
3. Mix well to form a soft dough-like mixture (add little water if needed).
4. Shape the mixture into round or oval cutlets.
5. Heat oil on a pan over medium flame.
6. Shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
7. Remove and serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
