🔥⏱️ *5-Min Veg Masala Seviyan (Instant Breakfast/Snack)*
A quick, tasty, light dish made with roasted seviyan — ready in just 5 minutes!
🧾 *Ingredients:*
1 cup roasted seviyan (vermicelli)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped tomato
1 green chilli (optional)
¼ tsp haldi
¼ tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
½ cup hot water
1 tbsp coriander leaves
👩🍳 *Recipe:*
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion for 30 seconds.
2. Add tomato, chilli, haldi, red chilli powder & salt — cook for 30 seconds.
3. Add roasted seviyan & mix well.
4. Pour hot water (just enough to soften), cover and cook for 2–3 mins.
5. Open lid, fluff lightly & garnish with coriander — ready to serve! 😋✨
