Craving something crispy, spicy, and restaurant-style? This Paneer Crispy recipe is a perfect starter that’s crunchy outside, soft inside, and loaded with flavors. Best enjoyed with schezwan or mint chutney.

⏱️ *Preparation Time* 
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

🛒 *Ingredients* 
➡️ *For Paneer Coating* 
Paneer cubes – 200 grams
Cornflour – 3 tbsp
All-purpose flour (Maida) – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – as required

➡️ *For Frying* 
Oil – for deep frying

➡️ *For Tossing (Optional but Recommended)* 
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
Green chilli (slit) – 1
Onion petals – ¼ cup
Capsicum cubes – ¼ cup
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

👩‍🍳 *Method* 
 *Step 1️⃣ – Prepare Batter* 
In a bowl, add cornflour, maida, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add water slowly to make a thick, lump-free batter.

 *Step 2️⃣ – Coat Paneer* 
Add paneer cubes to the batter and coat them evenly.

 *Step 3️⃣ – Fry Paneer* 
Heat oil on medium flame.
Deep fry the coated paneer till golden and crispy.
Remove and place on tissue paper.

 *Step 4️⃣ – Toss Paneer (Optional)* 
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add garlic and green chilli, sauté for a few seconds.
Add onion and capsicum, toss on high flame.
Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, and ketchup.
Add fried paneer and toss well for 1 minute.

 *Step 5️⃣ – Serve Hot* 
Serve Paneer Crispy hot with schezwan sauce or mint chutney.
