🥗 *Veg Hakka Noodles – Street Style*
A quick and delicious Indo-Chinese dish made with stir-fried noodles, fresh vegetables, and flavorful sauces. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a fun weekend meal!
📝 *Ingredients*
➡️ 2 cups Boiled Noodles (al dente)
➡️ 2 tbsp Oil
➡️ 1 Onion (sliced)
➡️ ½ cup Carrot (julienned)
➡️ ½ cup Capsicum (julienned)
➡️ ½ cup Cabbage (shredded)
➡️ 2–3 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
➡️ 2 Green Chilies (slit)
➡️ 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
➡️ 1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
➡️ 1 tbsp Green Chili Sauce
➡️ 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
➡️ ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ Spring Onion Greens for garnish
🥣 *Instructions*
🟦 *Step 1:* Prepare the Noodles
Boil the noodles as per packet instructions.
Drain and toss with a few drops of oil to prevent sticking.
🟦 *Step 2:* Stir-Fry Vegetables
Heat oil in a wok or large pan on high flame.
Add garlic and green chilies, sauté for a few seconds.
Add onions, carrots, capsicum, and cabbage.
Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
🟦 *Step 3:* Add Sauces & Seasoning
Add soy sauce, chili sauces, tomato ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
🟦 *Step 4:* Add Noodles
Toss the boiled noodles into the wok.
Mix everything gently until noodles are well-coated with sauces.
🟦 *Step 5:* Garnish & Serve
Turn off the flame.
Garnish with chopped spring onion greens.
Serve hot with chili vinegar or manchurian on the side.
