🥘 *Bharwa Bhindi (Stuffed Okra)*
*Required Ingredients:*
- Bhindi 250g (washed, dried, slit lengthwise)
- Besan (gram flour) – 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Red chili powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds (saunf, crushed) – ½ tsp
- Amchur (dry mango powder) – ½ tsp (optional)
- Salt 🧂 to taste
- Oil – 2–3 tbsp (for cooking + 1 tsp for stuffing mix)
👩🏻🍳 *Let’s Cook:*
✓ Wash & dry bhindi thoroughly. Slit lengthwise without breaking.
✓ In a bowl, mix besan, all dry spices, salt, and 1 tsp oil to bind.
✓ Stuff each bhindi with the masala mix using a spoon or fingers.
✓ Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a pan. Gently place stuffed bhindi in a single layer.
✓ Cook on low flame. Cover and let it cook for 10–15 mins.
✓ Turn bhindi occasionally to cook all sides evenly without breaking.
✓ Once soft and slightly crisp, turn off the heat.
