🍛 *Chole Masala – Spicy, Tangy & Soulful!* ❤️
Craving something rich, spicy, and full of North Indian flavors? Chole Masala (or Chickpea Curry) is the ultimate comfort food that pairs perfectly with bhature, puri, or steamed rice.

📝 *Ingredients:* 
1 cup chickpeas (kabuli chana), soaked overnight 🌿
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed 🍅
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 green chili, slit 🌶️
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp chole masala (optional but adds flavor)
Salt to taste 🧂
2 tbsp oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish 🌿

👩‍🍳 *Instructions:* 
1. Pressure cook soaked chickpeas with salt until soft (3–4 whistles).

2. In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds and bay leaf.

3. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

4. Mix in ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices. Cook until oil separates.

5. Add boiled chickpeas and mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes for the flavors to blend.

6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with bhature, puri, or rice! 😋
