Crispy Salmon Plate with Roasted Potatoes, Asparagus & Avocado Salad 🐟🥑

This plate is a whole vibe — crispy pan-seared salmon, golden roasted potatoes, charred asparagus, and a refreshing avocado salad with red onions and cucumbers. It’s colorful, filling, and packed with flavor while staying clean and wholesome.

For the Salmon

1 salmon fillet

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Roasted Potatoes

2 cups chopped potatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Asparagus

1 bunch asparagus

1 tsp olive oil

Salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon (optional)

For the Avocado Salad

1 avocado, sliced

½ small red onion, sliced

½ cucumber, sliced

1 cup chopped lettuce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Roast the Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Cook the Asparagus

Drizzle asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast in the same oven for 10–12 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Cook the Salmon

Pat fillet dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side, until crisp outside and flakey inside.

Make the Avocado Salad

Combine lettuce, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.

Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Assemble

Plate the crispy potatoes, charred asparagus, vibrant salad, and golden salmon.

Serve immediately and enjoy the flavor explosion.
