๐ *Paneer Masala Sandwich*
Crispy, spicy, and super satisfying — perfect for breakfast or an evening snack!
๐งพ *Ingredients:*
➡️ 6 bread slices
➡️ ½ cup crumbled paneer
➡️ 2 tbsp chopped onion
➡️ 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
➡️ 1 green chilli (optional)
➡️ ¼ tsp haldi
➡️ ¼ tsp red chilli powder
➡️ ¼ tsp garam masala
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
➡️ 1 tbsp butter (for toasting)
๐ฅฃ *Instructions:*
1. In a bowl, mix paneer, onion, capsicum, green chilli, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, and ketchup.
2. Spread this paneer masala evenly on three slices of bread.
3. Cover each with another bread slice to make sandwiches.
4. Heat a pan, spread a little butter, and toast each sandwich until golden and crispy.
5. Cut and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
