🍛 *Paneer Tawa Fry – Quick & Flavorful Snack* 
A simple, spicy and incredibly tasty paneer recipe that you can prepare in just 10 minutes. Perfect as an evening snack or a side dish!

🧾 *Ingredients:* 
➡️ 200g paneer cubes
➡️ 1 tbsp oil
➡️ 1 tsp red chilli powder
➡️ ½ tsp turmeric
➡️ 1 tsp coriander powder
➡️ 1 tsp chaat masala
➡️ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
➡️ Fresh coriander for garnish

👩‍🍳 *Instructions:* 
1️⃣ Heat oil on a tawa or pan.
2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Add all spices: red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, salt. Mix well.
4️⃣ Add paneer cubes and cook on medium flame for 3–4 minutes.
5️⃣ Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice.
6️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot!

Enjoy with mint chutney or stuff inside a wrap for a quick meal!
