🥣 *Moong Dal Chilla (Protein-Rich Breakfast)* 🥣
A healthy, light, and protein-packed breakfast option. Moong Dal Chilla is perfect for weight management and keeps you full for longer.

🛒 *Ingredients* 
➡️ Yellow moong dal – 1 cup (soaked 4–5 hours)
➡️ Green chilli – 1
➡️ Ginger – 1 inch
➡️ Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
➡️ Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
➡️ Salt – to taste
➡️ Water – as required
➡️ Oil – for cooking
➡️ Onion / carrot – finely chopped (optional)
➡️ Fresh coriander – chopped

👩‍🍳 *Method* 
1️⃣ Drain soaked moong dal and grind with ginger, green chilli, and little water to a smooth batter.
2️⃣ Add cumin seeds, turmeric, salt, coriander, and vegetables. Mix well.
3️⃣ Heat a non-stick tawa and grease lightly with oil.
4️⃣ Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently like a dosa.
5️⃣ Cook on medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
6️⃣ Serve hot.

Serve with green chutney, curd, or tomato sauce.
