🍛 *Rajma Chawal – Ultimate Comfort Lunch* ❤️🍚
A classic North Indian meal – soft rajma in thick, spicy gravy served with steamed rice. Pure comfort on a plate! 😋

📝 *Ingredients* 

 *For Rajma:* 
• 1 cup rajma (soaked overnight)
• 2 cups water
• 1 tbsp oil or butter
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 tomatoes (pureed)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• ½ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• Salt as per taste
For Rice:
• 1 cup basmati rice
• 2 cups water
• Salt (optional)

👩‍🍳 *Method* 
1️⃣ Pressure cook rajma with water & salt for 4–5 whistles till soft.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion till golden.
3️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste, then tomato puree & cook till oil separates.
4️⃣ Add all spices & mix well.
5️⃣ Add cooked rajma with its water, simmer for 10–15 mins.
6️⃣ Lightly mash some rajma for thick gravy.

🍚 *For Rice:* 
1️⃣ Wash rice & cook with water till soft and fluffy.

🍽️ Serve hot: Rajma over rice with onion salad & pickle
