๐งบ *Ingredients:*
10-12 cashew nuts (kaju)
2 cups chilled milk
2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
2-3 ice cubes (optional)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional, for richness)
Few strands of saffron or a pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
๐ฉ๐ณ *Method:*
1. Soak kaju in warm water for 15–20 minutes.
2. Drain and blend soaked kaju with a little milk to make a smooth paste.
3. Add rest of the milk, sugar, and ice cubes. Blend again till frothy.
4. Pour into glasses. Top with vanilla ice cream or a few chopped kaju if desired.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
