🍽️ *Palak Paneer* *Recipe*  

🧂 *Ingredients:*  
➤ 200g paneer (cubed)  
➤ 3 cups spinach (palak) leaves  
➤ 1 onion (chopped)  
➤ 2 tomatoes (chopped)  
➤ 1 green chili  
➤ 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste  
➤ 2 tbsp oil or ghee  
➤ 1/2 tsp cumin seeds  
➤ 1/2 tsp turmeric powder  
➤ 1 tsp red chili powder  
➤ 1/2 tsp garam masala  
➤ Salt to taste  
➤ 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional)

🍳 *Instructions:*  
1. Blanch spinach in hot water for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to cold water. Blend into a smooth puree.  
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, then chopped onions. Sauté until golden.  
3. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, and sauté till raw smell disappears.  
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.  
5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.  
6. Add spinach puree and cook for 5–7 minutes on low flame.  
7. Add paneer cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes.  
8. Add garam masala and cream. Mix gently and simmer for 2 more minutes.  
9. Garnish with a swirl of cream or butter.

🍽️ *Serving Suggestion:*  
Enjoy hot with roti, naan, or jeera rice.
