1 cup plain curd (yogurt)
2 cups chilled water
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp black salt (kala namak)
½ tsp regular salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
5–6 fresh mint leaves (optional)
