1–2 boiled sweet potatoes (shakarkand)
2 tbsp fresh curd (dahi)
1/2 cup boiled black chana (or white chana)
1 tsp lemon juice ๐
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
Finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander ๐ฟ
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (anaar)
1 tbsp barik sev (for garnish)
๐ฉ๐ณ *Method:*
1. Peel & cube sweet potatoes.
2. Add boiled chana onion, tomato, coriander, lemon juice, chaat masala & salt.
3. Mix in fresh curd and pomegranate.
4. Top with barik sev just before serving for crunch.
