๐Ÿงบ *Ingredients:* 
1.5 cups cooked rice (preferably a day old, non-sticky)
2 tbsp oil (sesame or regular)
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 green chili (optional)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
½ cup carrots (finely chopped)
½ cup capsicum (finely chopped)
¼ cup beans (finely chopped)
¼ cup cabbage (shredded)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp green chili sauce or red chili sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Spring onions (for garnish)

๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ *Instructions:* 

1. *Prep Veggies:* Chop all vegetables finely so they cook fast. Keep rice ready.

2. *Heat Oil:* In a wok or large pan, heat oil on high flame. Add garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds.

3. *Add Veggies:* Toss in onion, carrots, beans, capsicum, and cabbage. Stir-fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Veggies should stay crunchy.

4. *Season:* Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.

5. *Add Rice:* Add cooked rice and toss everything together gently so rice doesn't break. Stir-fry on high for 2 minutes.

6. *Garnish:* Sprinkle chopped spring onions and serve hot.
