📝 *Ingredients*
👉 200 g Paneer (crumbled)
👉 2 tbsp Oil / Ghee
👉 1 Onion – finely chopped
👉 1 Tomato – finely chopped
👉 1 Green Chili – chopped
👉 1 Capsicum – finely chopped (optional)
👉 ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
👉 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
👉 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
👉 1 tsp Coriander Powder
👉 ½ tsp Garam Masala
👉 Salt – to taste
👉 Fresh Coriander Leaves – chopped
🥣 *Instructions*
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add onions and sauté until golden.
3. Add tomatoes, green chili, and capsicum, cook till soft.
4. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add crumbled paneer, cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
