🍳 *Instructions:* 

1. Heat oil in a pan and add the boiled potato cubes.
2. Lightly sauté until they turn golden and crispy.
3. Transfer the potatoes to a mixing bowl and let them cool slightly.
4. Add chopped onion, green chili, and pomegranate seeds(annar).
5. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
6. Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and a generous handful of sev just before serving.

You can also add some mint chutney or imli chutney for extra flavor.
