→ 3 boiled potatoes (cut into cubes)
→ 1 tbsp oil
→ ½ tsp mustard seeds
→ 1 chopped onion
→ 1 tsp red chilli powder
→ ½ tsp turmeric
→ 1 tsp coriander powder
→ Salt to taste
→ Fresh coriander for garnish
🔥 *Method:*
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
2. Once they splutter, add chopped onion and sauté till golden.
3. Add all spices and salt, then toss in the boiled potatoes.
4. Mix well and cook for 5–7 minutes on medium flame.
