2 medium potatoes (peeled & diced) 🥔
1 cup fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves 🌿
1 tbsp oil or ghee
½ tsp cumin seeds

½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
A pinch of garam masala

1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
