🥔✨ *Crispy Masala Aloo Bites – 10-Min Snack*
Crispy outside, soft inside — a super-quick snack for tea time or sudden cravings!
🧾 *Ingredients:*
➡️ 2 boiled potatoes (cubed)
➡️ 1 tbsp oil
➡️ ¼ tsp haldi
➡️ ½ tsp red chilli powder
➡️ ½ tsp chaat masala
➡️ ¼ tsp black pepper
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 1 tsp lemon juice
➡️ Fresh coriander (optional)
👩🍳 *Instructions:*
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan.
2️⃣ Add the potato cubes and sauté until lightly golden.
3️⃣ Add haldi, red chilli powder, chaat masala, pepper, and salt.
4️⃣ Toss well and cook for 2–3 minutes until crisp.
5️⃣ Turn off the flame and add lemon juice.
6️⃣ Garnish with coriander and serve hot!

Mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
