 *For the Crust:* 
1 cup digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar (optional)

 *For the Cheesecake Filling:* 
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup fresh mango puree (from ripe mangoes)
½ cup whipping cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

 *For the Mango Topping:* 
½ cup mango puree
1 tsp agar-agar or gelatin (optional, for setting)
2 tbsp water
Fresh mango slices, for garnish

 *Step 1: Prepare the Crust* 
1. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a blender or rolling pin.
2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and sugar until well combined.
3. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan or glass dish.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
