This Creamy Avocado Pasta is a quick, wholesome dish that combines the buttery goodness of ripe avocados with zesty lemon, garlic, and a hint of spice. It’s a perfect weeknight dinner option — creamy like Alfredo, but completely dairy-free and guilt-free.

With just a few fresh ingredients and 15 minutes of cooking time, you can whip up a healthy meal that’s both satisfying and packed with nutrients.

📝 *Ingredients* 
200 g spaghetti or pasta of your choice
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
2 tbsp roasted nuts or seeds (optional, for crunch)

🍳 *Instructions* 

 *Step 1: Cook the Pasta* 
Boil water in a large pot with a pinch of salt.
Add pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

 *Step 2: Prepare the Avocado Sauce* 
In a blender, add ripe avocados, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
If the sauce is too thick, add 2–3 tbsp of pasta water to loosen it.

Toss the hot pasta with the avocado sauce.
Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for a silky texture.
