🍳 *Instructions*
*Step 1: Make the Manchurian Balls*
1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, maida, and cornflour.
2. Mix well and form small balls. Avoid adding water; the veggies will release moisture.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the balls on medium heat until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
*Step 2: Prepare the Sauce*
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and spring onion whites. Sauté for a minute.
2. Add onions and cook until translucent.
3. Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
*For Dry Manchurian:*
4. Toss the fried balls into the sauce and coat well. Cook for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
5. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
*For Gravy Manchurian:*
4. Add ¼ cup water and bring to a boil.
5. Mix cornflour with water and pour into the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens
