This Veggie Cheese Sandwich is a quick, healthy, and satisfying breakfast or evening snack. Loaded with fresh vegetables and gooey cheese, it’s perfect for kids and adults alike. You can toast or grill it for extra crunch!

 *Ingredients* 
➜ 4 slices of bread (whole wheat or multigrain preferred)
➜ 2 tbsp butter (softened)
➜ 1 small cucumber (thinly sliced)
➜ 1 small tomato (thinly sliced)
➜ 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
➜ ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
➜ 1 tsp green chutney or mayonnaise (optional)
➜ Salt and pepper to taste
➜ Mixed herbs or chili flakes (optional)

 *Instructions* 

 *1. Prep the Bread* 
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Optional: Spread green chutney or mayonnaise for extra flavor.

 *2. Layer the Veggies* 
Place cucumber, tomato, and onion slices evenly on two bread slices.
Sprinkle a little salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
