📝 *Ingredients:*
250 g paneer (cut into cubes) 🧀
1 cup thick curd (hung curd or Greek yogurt)
1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste 🧂
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tbsp oil
Capsicum & onion cubes for skewers 🫑🧅
🔥 *Instructions:*
1. Prepare Marinade
In a bowl, mix curd, besan, spices, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and oil.
2. Marinate Paneer
Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion. Coat them well and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
3. Skewer the Pieces
Thread the marinated paneer and veggies onto skewers.
4. Grill or Roast
Oven: Preheat to 200 °C and grill for 15–20 minutes, flipping once.
Tawa: Roast on a hot tawa with little oil, turning occasionally till charred.
5. Serve Hot
Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice. Serve with mint chutney and onions.
