🍛✨ *Pav Bhaji — Mumbai’s Famous Street Food!* 🧈🍋
Spicy, buttery bhaji served with soft pav — a true comfort food loved by all! 😋
📝 *Ingredients:*
• 4 boiled potatoes 🥔
• 1 cup green peas 🟢
• 1 cup cauliflower & carrots
• 2 onions (finely chopped)
• 3 tomatoes (pureed) 🍅
• 2 capsicums 🌶️
• 2 tbsp butter 🧈
• Pav Bhaji masala, salt & lemon
• Fresh coriander leaves 🌿 (for garnish)
👨🍳 *Method:*
1. Boil and mash all vegetables.
2. Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions and capsicum.
3. Add tomato puree and cook with masalas.
4. Mix in the boiled veggies and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Toast pav with butter.
6. Serve hot with bhaji, chopped onions, lemon & a sprinkle of fresh coriander. 🌿🍋
