🍴 *Recipe: Crispy Veggie Sandwich*

Serves: 1-2

 *Ingredients:* 
→ 4 slices of bread (white, brown, or multigrain)
→ 1 small carrot, grated
→ 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
→ 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
→ 1/4 cup bell peppers, finely chopped
→ 2 tbsp mayonnaise or hung curd
→ 1 tsp tomato ketchup (optional)
→ Salt & pepper, to taste
→ 1 tsp butter or olive oil
→ A pinch of chaat masala (optional)
→ Fresh coriander or mint leaves (for garnish)

 *Instructions:* 
1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix grated carrot, chopped bell peppers, cucumber, tomato, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
2. Assemble the sandwich: Spread a little butter on each bread slice. Add the veggie mixture on one slice, top with another slice of bread.
3. Cook: Heat a pan or sandwich maker, toast the sandwich for 3-4 mins on each side until golden and crispy.
4. Serve: Cut diagonally and garnish with fresh coriander or mint. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

 *Tips:* 
Add cheese slices for a cheesy twist.
You can also grill the sandwich in the oven for a healthier version.
