🍨✨ *Moong Dal Halwa – Winter Special*
🧾 *Ingredients:*
1 cup moong dal
½ cup ghee
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp besan
Cardamom powder
Dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins)
Saffron (optional)
👩🍳 *Recipe:*
1. Soak moong dal for 3–4 hours and grind into a coarse paste.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the dal + besan until golden and aromatic.
3. Add milk and cook until fully absorbed.
4. Add sugar and cook again till it thickens.
5. Mix in cardamom powder and dry fruits.
6. When the halwa starts releasing ghee, turn off the flame – serve hot! 😋✨
