🥣 *Vegetable Rava Toast – Crispy & Healthy Breakfast* 
A quick, crunchy, and colorful breakfast made with bread and a flavorful rava (suji) topping. Ready in just 10 minutes!

🧾 *Ingredients* 
➡️ 4 bread slices
➡️ ½ cup suji (semolina)
➡️ ¼ cup curd
➡️ 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
➡️ 2 tbsp chopped onion
➡️ 1 tbsp grated carrot
➡️ 1 green chilli, finely chopped
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
➡️ ¼ tsp black pepper
➡️ Water as needed
➡️ Butter/oil for toasting

👩‍🍳 *How to Make* 
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix suji + curd to form a thick batter.
2️⃣ Add capsicum, onion, carrot, green chilli, salt, chilli flakes, and pepper.
3️⃣ Add a little water if needed — batter should be spreadable, not runny.
4️⃣ Spread the mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
5️⃣ Heat a pan and grease lightly with butter/oil.
6️⃣ Place the bread slices suji side down and toast until golden and crispy.
7️⃣ Flip and lightly toast the other side.
8️⃣ Cut and serve hot.
