*Crispy Veg Pakoras – Perfect Tea-Time Snack* ☕🍃

 *Introduction:* 
Veg Pakoras are a classic Indian snack made by dipping vegetables in a spiced gram flour batter and deep-frying them until golden and crispy. They are perfect for a rainy day or to enjoy with a hot cup of chai.

 *Ingredients* 

 *For the Batter:* 
➜ 1 cup gram flour (besan)
➜ 2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness)
➜ 1 tsp red chili powder
➜ ½ tsp turmeric powder
➜ 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
➜ 1 tsp cumin seeds
➜ Salt to taste
➜ Water as needed

 *For the Veggies:* 
➜ 1 cup onion slices
➜ 1 cup potato slices
➜ 1 cup spinach leaves
➜ 1 cup cauliflower florets
(You can use any veggies of your choice)

 *For Frying:* 
➜ Oil as required

 *Instructions* 

1️⃣ Prepare the Batter – In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, spices, and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth, thick batter.

2️⃣ Heat the Oil – Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.

3️⃣ Dip and Fry –
Dip the vegetable slices into the batter.
Drop them carefully into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown and crispy.

4️⃣ Drain Excess Oil – Remove the pakoras and place them on a paper towel to absorb extra oil.

5️⃣ Serve Hot – Enjoy with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
