📝 *Ingredients:* 
1 cup cooked rice 🍚
1 tbsp ghee or oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
½ onion (sliced)
1 cup mixed veggies (peas, carrots, beans, capsicum)
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste 🧂

🧑‍🍳 *Instructions:* 

1. Heat ghee:
In a pan, heat ghee or oil. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

2. Sauté onion & veggies:
Add sliced onion and sauté till light golden. Then add mixed veggies and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add spices:
Sprinkle turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

4. Add rice:
Add cooked rice and toss gently so everything mixes evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
